Happy holidays!

  Well, due to the awesome fact that Christmas is almost here, I thought, it may not hurt to post something a little bit more... you know, christmassy. Though you may find Santa wielding a blunt weapon quite strange, fear not, there is a reason. 

   I've been doing for quite some time now, a few tests, experiments, on small paper formats. Trying to find "my way" when it comes to drawing, composition, inking, stuff like that, while having fun and enjoy drawing for it's playful nature. Recently my "new thing" so to say have been big, fat, bold, horny, old beardy men... Yeah! Vikings! So...yeah. Merry Christmas everybody! And happy holidays!

p.s. I'm truly sorry I can't post more, I don't have a scanner at the moment, and my camera decided to become a bird a few days ago. Might I say, it had a smashing experience pretending to be one.

I found a little(though little might not be the most suited term to describe it) comic book shop while roaming around in Aberdeen. Well, you can imagine how thrilled I was to get in.

And you can see why.

Tons, I mean TONS of American comics. By far the coolest shop I found by now, in the city. I'll try to get you guys some more pictures. Until then, you can visit them here.

Well this is how it works. Here's a little gif to explain the process. I usually lay the ink and wash over the drawing but I had some trouble with the paper I used, so I had to do the ink and wash on a different sheet of paper and then add it in Photoshop.

I'll be posting soon the last pages of the epilogue.

"Fair play" Got published

"Fair play" got published in the third number of COMICS alongside the work of 17 other romanian artists.

 The other artists that took part in the making of this magazine are Alexandru Ciubotariu, Cristian Marcu, Costel BD, Cristi Mindrut, Dutu, Ileana Surducan, Ionut Popescu, Ioana Serban, Laurentiu Butuc, Mihai Grajdeanu, Neli Morut, Octav Ungureanu,  Serban Andreescu, Sergiu V. Vasile, Toma Alexandru, Vlad Forsea and Xiusha.
